about

In March 2024 I was asked by artist Antoine Wagner to participate in his 'Maria Callas' exhibition held at the Tristan Hoare Gallery in London. Antoine had asked me to refer to 'Casta Diva' a beautiful aria by Vincenzo Bellini in his opera 'Norma' which Maria Callas was particularly identified with singing - however I never saw Antoine's message and by coincidence had chosen to base my improvisations off the same aria. Here are the 2 sets, set 1 being fairly faithful and set 2 more like a comet that brushes the work and goes on it's own journey.
